Listing Process

• Users submit listing requests via contact channels or submission forms.

• The JamJam admin team reviews, edits, and publishes listings.

• JamJam reserves full control over what content is published.

Content Control

• JamJam may modify submitted content for quality, formatting, or compliance.

• Listings may be removed at any time without prior notice if they violate policies.

Account & Communication

• Users may be required to provide contact details for listing purposes.

• Users must ensure their contact information is accurate and up to date.

Payments & Fees

• JamJam may charge fees for listing, promotion, or featured ads.

• All payments must be completed before publication where applicable.

• Fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Platform Availability

We aim to keep JamJam accessible at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

Termination

JamJam may refuse service or remove listings at its discretion.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Sudan.
